Counter-Notification

If you feel that the item deleted or blocked by English stuffs was not infringing, or if you have permission from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or the law, you may email a counter-notification with the following information:

2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury stating you believe the material was deleted or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which English stuffs may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the original notification’s provider or an agent of such provider.
